When it comes to mortgages, one size does not fit all! Clients that have been assisted recently have included:
- A couple that were left experiencing some financial difficulties, following a redundancy and the birth of their second child. After 6 months Mr Client found a new role, and the family have taken large steps to achieving a more stable financial position. Our help was needed to obtain a 90% mortgage to purchase a new family home.
- A dentist who was offered the opportunity to purchase a 33% share of the practice where he worked. We found a lender, offering a great product, that agreed a remortgage including ‘capital raising for business purposes’.
- Young couple, who married last year, now hoping to buy their first home. Mrs. Client is a UK citizen, & Mr Client is a foreign national who moved to the UK following their marriage. Mr C has not yet been granted ‘indefinite leave to remain’, but we identified a lender that (after considering their circumstances) was prepared to provide the loan.

Our fee for advice and arranging your mortgage and protection products is normally paid by way of an introduction fee from the product provider. The precise amount of any fee will depend on your own circumstances, but typically (for a mortgage) this could be 0.35% of loan amount. Any payment to be received is always disclosed prior to application. A fee may be charged for loans below £100,000.
